Information about the processing of personal data to respond via a contact form
TRIUMPH BOARD a.s. with registered office at Prague 2, Neklanova 122/15, postcode 128 00, company ID number 63980380, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file ref. B 16318, processes the following items of your personal data within the framework of the enquiry form / form intended for registration of product warranty / claim form, this being within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to only as the “Regulation”):
Name and surname;
Name of organisation;
Name of supplier;
Country of supplier;
Tel. number of supplier;
E-mail of supplier;
Information about purchased product;
This data is processed in compliance with the valid legislation, this being for the purpose of answering your enquiry or handling registration of product warranty / a product claim. Storage and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 5 years from sending of the message in the contact form unless a longer period is required by other legislation. The above-mentioned processing is made possible on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 b) of the Regulation – processing required for performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The name, tel. number and e-mail address will be processed for the purpose of facilitating communication between you and the company.
Processing of personal data is performed by TRIUMPH BOARD a.s., i.e. by the personal data administrator.
Please take due note of the fact that in accordance with the Regulation, you are entitled:
to request of us information as to which items of your personal data we are processing,
to request of us access to this data and to have it updated or corrected or to request restriction of its processing,
to request of us deletion of this personal data – we will perform deletion unless such deletion is at variance with the valid legislation and the legitimate interests of our company,
in the event of any doubt as to compliance with obligations relating to personal data processing, to contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
